New hope for Hard-to-Treat sarcomas: experimental drug Ris-Rez enters trials

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called Risvutatug Rezetecan (Ris-Rez) in adolescents and adults with advanced bone or soft tissue sarcomas that have returned or spread and cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth, and to check its safety. About 113 participants will take part across two groups.
