Summary

This study tests a new drug called rinatabart sesutecan (Rina-S) in about 160 people with advanced gastrointestinal cancers that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. All participants receive the active drug, and the study lasts about 22 months on average.
