New drug shows promise for Hard-to-Treat GI cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called Rina-S in about 160 people with advanced gastrointestinal cancers that have spread or cannot be removed. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. All participants receive the active drug, and the study lasts about 22 months on average.
