Summary
This study aims to observe and compare the results of different surgical techniques for removing right-sided colon cancer. About 1,000 patients will be involved, and their data will be collected to see which method leads to fewer complications and better long-term outcomes. The goal is to find the best balance between removing enough lymph nodes and keeping patients safe.
