First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at different ways to remove the right side of the colon in people with colon cancer. Doctors want to see if removing more lymph nodes and using less invasive methods like laparoscopy or robots leads to better recovery and survival. About 1,000 adults with right-sided colon cancer will be followed to compare standard and more extensive surgery. The goal is to find the safest and most effective approach.
