Summary
This study looked at how the antibiotic rifampicin changes the way the body processes an experimental drug called BI 425809. Sixteen healthy men took a single dose of BI 425809 alone and then again after several days of rifampicin. The goal was to measure drug levels in the blood, not to treat any disease.
