Summary
This study tested three different antibiotic combinations to treat H. pylori stomach infections that didn't go away with previous treatments. Researchers compared a new dual therapy, a rifabutin-based triple therapy, and a standard quadruple therapy in 360 adults. The goal was to see which approach works best to clear the infection while being safe and tolerable for patients.
