NCT ID NCT07400523
First seen Feb 10, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding ribociclib to standard hormone therapy helps prevent breast cancer from returning in people with hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative early breast cancer who still have cancer cells after chemotherapy. About 446 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination or hormone therapy alone. The goal is to see if the combination improves how long people live without their cancer coming back.
