Summary
This early-phase study tested a combination of three drugs (ribociclib, topotecan, and temozolomide) in children and young adults with neuroblastoma or other solid tumors that had come back or not responded to treatment. The goal was to find a safe dose and see if the combination could shrink tumors. Only 12 participants were enrolled before the study was stopped early, so results are limited.
