Summary
This study aims to find the best surgical method for repairing severe, unstable chest wall injuries from multiple broken ribs. It will compare fixing one fracture per rib versus fixing two fractures per rib in 100 adult patients. Researchers will track healing, pain, lung function, and complications over a year to determine which approach leads to better recovery.
