Summary
This study aims to improve health outcomes for pregnant people in Rhode Island by connecting them with community health workers, doulas, and services like food and housing help. Over 4 years, about 3,000 participants will receive this support at 6 clinics. Researchers will compare health results before and after the program to see if it reduces serious complications and racial gaps.
