Summary
This study aims to improve pregnancy and birth outcomes for all people in Rhode Island, especially those from minority and vulnerable groups. It brings together hospitals, community health workers, doulas, and local organizations to provide extra support like care coordination and help with food, housing, and transportation. About 3,000 pregnant people will take part, and researchers will compare health results before and after the program starts.
