Summary

This study looks at the safety and effectiveness of Revolade (eltrombopag) in children aged 6 to 17 with aplastic anemia, a condition where the bone marrow doesn't make enough blood cells. The children in this study have not been treated with anti-thymocyte globulin (ATG) before. Researchers will track serious side effects and other reactions to see how well the drug works.
