New shot may cut pain after stoma reversal

Summary
This study tests a new type of nerve block (r-PVB) to reduce pain and improve recovery after stoma closure surgery. 250 adults will receive either the new block or standard care. The goal is to see if the new method lowers pain scores and helps patients feel better faster.
