Waking up Clear-Headed: new study tests drug to stop Post-Surgery confusion

Summary
This study looks at whether giving a drug called flumazenil after hip replacement surgery can prevent confusion and help people think more clearly. About 150 adults having hip surgery will get either flumazenil or a placebo. Researchers will check their thinking and memory 24 hours later and watch for signs of delirium for two days after the operation.
