Summary
This study looks at what helps or hinders people getting back to work after a broken bone or joint injury. Researchers will follow 200 adults who were employed before their injury to see how many return to work within a year and what factors—like pain, workplace changes, or support—make a difference. The goal is to find ways to improve the return-to-work process for future patients.
