First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at what helps or hinders people from going back to work after a broken bone or joint injury. Researchers will follow 200 adults who were employed before their injury to see how many return to work within a year and what factors—like pain, workplace changes, or support—make a difference. The goal is to find ways to better support people during recovery and help them get back to their jobs.
