Summary
This study tests if specially designed, shelf-stable meals can improve muscle health, thinking, and nutrition in 70 low-income older adults in Malaysia. Participants will receive these meals for 12 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in strength, memory, and food security. The goal is to find a practical, affordable way to support healthy aging.
