First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether specially designed, shelf-stable meals can improve muscle health, thinking skills, and nutrition in low-income older adults in Malaysia. About 70 people aged 60-84 who are at risk of food insecurity will receive these meals for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in muscle mass, strength, cognitive function, and overall well-being.
