NCT ID NCT07325760
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether ready-to-eat retort meals based on the MIND diet can improve muscle health, thinking skills, and nutrition in 70 low-income Malaysian adults aged 60-84 who are at risk of food insecurity. Over 12 weeks, one group gets the meals while the other does not, and researchers measure changes in strength, cognition, and frailty. The goal is to find a practical, affordable way to support healthy aging in urban poor communities.
