Summary

This study looks at whether special programs focused on identity and self-regulation can help people aged 60-70 who recently retired become more physically active. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups and followed for 12 months. The goal is to see if these approaches increase moderate-to-vigorous activity and improve overall well-being.
