Summary
This study tests a new oral drug called HEC169096 in people with advanced solid tumors, including thyroid cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and others. The drug targets cancers with a specific genetic change (RET fusion or mutation). The trial has two phases: first to find the safest dose, then to measure how well it shrinks tumors. About 456 participants will take part.
