Summary
This study tests whether eating a grape pomace bar enriched with resveratrol can lower inflammation and improve heart-related health in adults. Researchers will measure blood markers of inflammation and antioxidant levels before and after the intervention. The study aims to enroll 75 community-dwelling adults who are willing to eat one bar daily.
