This study explores whether guided meditation and breathing exercises can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in elderly ICU survivors (over 60) and their caregivers. Over seven weeks, participants practice these techniques via an app or group sessions, wear a safe EEG cap to measure brain activity, and complete surveys about their mood and relationships. The goal is to see if these simple, accessible practices can support mental health after a difficult hospital stay.
