Breathing study aims to improve how we track respiration

NCT ID NCT07537478

First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study will collect breathing data from 50 healthy adult volunteers who work at Boston Scientific. Researchers will measure respiration rate using two methods: end-tidal CO2 (carbon dioxide in exhaled breath) and spirometry (lung function test). The goal is to compare how well these two techniques match each other. This is an observational study, not a treatment.
