First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tested two types of telehealth programs for people with chronic pain. One was an online course, and the other was live sessions with a health coach over phone or video. Over 2,300 adults took part to see if these programs could meaningfully reduce their pain. The goal was to find scalable, practical ways to help manage chronic pain without medication.
