Summary
This study looked at how the drug resmetirom is processed in people with severe kidney impairment compared to healthy people. 28 participants took 100 mg of resmetirom daily for 6 days. The goal was to measure drug levels in the blood and check for side effects, helping doctors understand dosing for kidney patients.
