This study looks at how many sets of resistance exercises per week best improve muscle strength and size in people aged 65 to 80. Participants will do leg exercises with different weekly set amounts and have their strength and muscle thickness measured. The goal is to find the ideal workout volume to help older adults stay strong and mobile.
