Summary
This study looked at whether compound resistance training (like lifting weights) helps adults aged 65 and older do everyday activities more easily and feel more satisfied with their abilities. Six community-dwelling seniors completed the program. Researchers measured changes in daily task performance, satisfaction, and mental health using questionnaires.
