NCT ID NCT07558317
First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether resistance exercise (like leg presses) can reduce swelling in the lower leg for people with lymphedema. Thirty-six adults with confirmed lower limb lymphedema will do supervised exercises 2-3 times a week for two weeks, once while wearing a compression garment and once without. The goal is to see if exercise helps control swelling and symptoms in the short term.
