Can a 4-Week program help older adults with HIV cope better with stress?
NCT ID NCT05314088
Summary
This study tested whether a 4-week group program could help older adults (age 50+) living with HIV build resilience and better manage stress. Researchers enrolled 106 participants from a single clinic and randomly assigned them to either the resilience program or a comparison group. The main goal was to see if the program improved how people used coping skills after stressful events and whether this led to better emotional recovery and health outcomes.
