First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at whether urine testing can safely replace some of the invasive cystoscopy procedures used to monitor non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. Researchers will compare symptoms, discomfort, anxiety, and cancer outcomes between patients who get standard care and those who substitute some scopes with urine tests. The goal is to reduce the burden of frequent invasive monitoring without missing cancer recurrence.
