Summary
This study tests whether giving a second dose of the clot-busting drug tenecteplase can help stroke patients who don't improve within an hour after the first dose. About 120 adults who had a stroke within the last 3 hours will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this rescue approach is safe and can lead to better recovery.
