New device aims to ease stubborn hip pain without drugs

Summary
This study tests a device called ReneuRx™ to see if it safely reduces chronic lateral hip pain better than a standard steroid injection. About 100 adults aged 22 to 80 with moderate to severe pain will take part. Participants will be followed for 6 to 12 months and complete pain and quality-of-life surveys.
