New device aims to ease stubborn hip pain without steroids

Summary
This study tests a device called ReneuRx™ for people with long-lasting pain on the outside of the hip. About 100 adults aged 22 to 80 will either get the device treatment or a steroid shot. Researchers will check if the device safely reduces pain and improves daily life over 6 to 12 months.
