Summary

This study compares two medicines, adrenaline and dopamine, to see which works better for children with a severe type of septic shock that doesn't improve with fluids. About 90 children aged 1 month to 12 years will take part. Doctors will check things like blood pressure, heart rate, and urine output to decide which drug is more effective.
