* Inclusion Criteria: * Pregnant women ≥12 weeks gestation with Loin Pain. * Sonographic evidence of hydronephrosis. * Age ≥18 years. * Provided informed consent * Exclusion Criteria: * Chronic kidney disease (CKD). * Congenital renal anomalies. * Pre-eclampsia * Poor acoustic window. * Contraindication to examination position.
