Healthy volunteers test easier way to inject experimental drug
NCT ID NCT07056309
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tested two different ways to give the experimental drug remternetug: an auto-injector (like an EpiPen) and a traditional prefilled syringe. The goal was to see how much of the drug gets into the bloodstream and how fast the body clears it. 72 healthy adults took part, and the study lasted about 5 months. This is a Phase 1 trial, meaning it's early research to understand the drug's behavior, not to treat any disease.
