This study tests whether people with pelvic floor disorders (like prolapse or incontinence) can do pelvic floor exercises at home using online videos. About 20 adults will try the program, and researchers will measure how easy it is to use and if symptoms improve. The goal is to see if remote therapy is a practical option.
