First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests whether people with pelvic floor disorders (like prolapse or incontinence) can do muscle exercises at home using online videos. Researchers want to see if the videos are easy to use and if people stick with them. About 20 adults will take part, and their progress will be tracked by a physical therapist remotely.
