Summary
This pilot study explores whether a remotely delivered resistance training program is practical and well-liked by Black women aged 30-64 who are overweight, have prediabetes or diabetes, or have high blood pressure. The study will enroll 37 participants and measure how many join, stay, and follow the program, along with changes in blood pressure, blood sugar, and body fat. The goal is to gather initial data to inform larger future studies.
