Summary
This study is testing a home-based support program for adults with lymphoma or myeloma who are receiving CAR-T cell therapy. Participants use a tablet to follow personalized exercise and nutrition plans, receive counseling, and get educational support from a remote team. The main goal is to see if this remote program is easy to use and can help improve patients' quality of life, fitness, and symptoms during and after their cancer treatment.
