Summary
This study tested whether combining continuous glucose monitors with monthly telehealth appointments with a pharmacist could help people with uncontrolled type 2 diabetes. 46 adults from a community health center took part. Researchers measured blood sugar levels and surveyed participants about diabetes-related stress and confidence in managing their condition.
