First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether a home-based program combining gentle physical activity, mindfulness, and telephone health coaching can reduce fatigue and improve quality of life in people aged 65 and older with multiple myeloma.
