First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This small pilot study looked at whether a 10-week online mindfulness program could lower stress and inflammation in 15 young adults (ages 18-29) who experienced childhood trauma. Participants took group mindfulness classes online and completed surveys and blood tests before and after the program. The goal was to see if this approach is practical and helpful for reducing stress in daily life.
