Summary
This study tests whether breath samples collected in special bags remain accurate for up to 7 days, which could allow people to provide samples at home and get a remote diagnosis for bad breath (halitosis). Researchers will enroll 100 adults with gum disease and compare gas levels measured right away versus a week later. If successful, this approach could reduce travel and improve access to care.
