Summary

This study is testing whether a video-based group exercise program can help World Trade Center responders who have prostate cancer. The program aims to improve physical function, reduce fatigue, and enhance quality of life through supervised workouts delivered remotely. Researchers will enroll 40 participants to see if this approach is practical and helpful for this specific group.
