Summary

This study looks at which extra features added to an online exercise program help people who have had a knee replacement become more active. About 336 adults who had knee surgery at least a year ago and currently do little exercise will take part. Researchers will track changes in physical activity, pain, and function over 6 to 12 months to find the best approach.
