Summary
This study tested whether adding a remote app (Akina Cloud) to standard physiotherapy helps people with non-specific low back pain more than standard physiotherapy alone. Sixty adults with low back pain lasting at least 6 weeks took part. Researchers measured changes in disability and pain intensity using questionnaires.
