Summary
This study tests a program called REMINDER4Care, designed to help older adults (65+) living in residential or daycare facilities reduce their risk of dementia. The program focuses on social activities, mental exercises, and other healthy lifestyle changes. Researchers will compare participants who follow the program with those who do not, to see if it improves thinking skills and well-being.
